Currently, there is no converter to change the format from PDF to CDR. I've searched everywhere, but couldn't find anything about it. However, for some CorelDraw versions, you can simply drag and drop the file into a new document. It won't work with all the PDfs, but I've seen users reporting on other forums that they managed this way. Also, make sure that your PDF files are with restrictions set to default and no password is assigned to the file. If you try to open a file that has been password protected, a message will appear or CorelDraw will show you errors.
My son downloaded an illegal version of Corel x6 for me - I created two important documents in it before realizing it was pirated. I now have a legal X4 version - and can't open the darn files. I need to get them open so I can edit them. Will this program do that for me?

The application will convert a CDR file to a PDF file that can be opened with any PDF reader or editor. However, based on the answers on the Corel community, the files created in X6 can't be opened in X4 version due to various reasons, and one of them might be lack of features. There isn't anything to do than re-creating those documents in the X4 version.

FoxPDF CorelDraw (CDR) to PDF Converter can only be used for the reversed process, not the one you need.
